Vishesh 'ironeagle' Bangotra c585b62779 refactor(fetch-requests): drop dead llama_extract SSE step

llama_parse FRs now emit the standard raw_lines/txn_blocks/txn_dicts events,
so remove the special-cased step from SSEEventStep and stepper progress calc.
